I’ve suffered with a condition called scoliosis and have tried to manage it over the past 20 years.
I went to see Andy and before we even met he was incredibly through and asked lots of questions about my entire body and over all health. He made sure he understood my overall lifestyle and my health before we started and my specific pain points.

"Remote consultation via Zoom"

I saw Natalie via Zoom for three remote sessions to deal with my shoulder and arm pain. First of all, I hadn’t realised that a remote session can be just as effective as an in person consultation! Natalie assessed me perfectly well on the video call and gave me an exercise programme to do. I started seeing results after just one week as my pain diminished in intensity and frequency. The exercises are not difficult but very effective and I intend to continue with them as my arm and shoulder gradually heal.

Had an issue with pain in my lower back after some light lifting. Andy rang me back the same day to recommend some positions to help with the pain and scheduled a hands on appointment very promptly. During the appointment Andy provides a high level of treatment along with a good explanation of why the pain is there and what the likely cause was. I left with some exercises to do at home and a back that works again! Would highly recommend.
