"Beware of joining"

Beware of joining! This company misrepresented and lied about their services at their sales presentation. We tried to use their service last March for a trip to South africa and all their bookings were more expensive than what we were able to find on our own. We saved thousands by doing our own bookings. They sent the login credentials to us after the 3 day right to rescinde, making it impossible to check things out. All our attempts to resolve the issues and submit our Complaint to the Board of Directors, was met with arguments and refusal to forward our Complaint. They did not respond to our Attorney or the wyoming consumer complaint Department. We were ripped off and they had the audacity to call and try to collect an additional annual membership fee.

My wife and I decided to book our first trip with Destinations to the island of Bora Bora and specifically stay at the St. Regis Hotel as she’s always wanted to go there and stay in the over water bungalows. The pricing was way better than I expected and we have a butler for the week we are there over New Years thanks to our concierge. Chloe handled all the details including our flights, which I hate to do myself so I was happy that she took care of all the planning. Can’t wait for our trip!

Fantastic company with a fantastic product and customer service. My wife and I love to travel, and of course SAVE MONEY!!! The company's customer service is excellent and the deals they get are amazing.
