"Excellent Service"

I recently purchased a set of computer speakers. I was kept informed as regards my purchase, a dedicated customer service agent contacted almost immediately after I made my purchase, informing me that he has processed my order and gave me an estimated delivery date, which was as stipulated on the website of between 3/5 days. In a day or so i received my tracking ID, from the couriers, but did not need to check on it as my dedicated agent kept me informed of the progress.

Goods arrived as advertised, no complaints. I have only awarded a 4 star, as I have not experienced any after sales service which may be needed if my headphones develop a fault. Will have to see if the time comes!
