I first ordered months ago; a prokeys sono 88 and sustain pedal. Came within days, email correspondence was great and the price was even better! Just ordered Cubase and it has taken longer to ship, with no email correspondence this time but upon ringing them I was reassured my product was on its way (from Germany, no less!) and recieved apology for the delay. After phoning round numerous local companies to try and find a specific product MediaSpec were the only ones able to provide it. When I needed a professional and reliable audio post production system in a hurry, Mediaspec provided everything I needed within 48 hours and their speed and thorough advice was matched by the excellent post sales support and assistance.
Every component of the system that Mediaspec supplied me matched or bettered prices that I had researched elsewhere and when you consider the customer support included I would always recommend Mediaspec for audio equipment without hesitation. Every member of the team that I had dealings with were polite, friendly, and prompt to address my many questions, which included getting back to me during evenings and weekends in order to get the spec just right to a tight deadline. When my purchases arrived, they did so within 48 hours of placing the order, the iMac was pre-configured with the software systems that I required and was literally ready to plug in and start work, which was significant as that was exactly what I needed to do! All components were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The billing was clear and accurate and was exactly in line with the telephone quotation I had discussed.
It is difficult for me to find fault since Mediaspec thoroughly exceeded my expectations and as a result I completed a significant piece of work for a new client.

i bought recording equipment because it claimed it was compatible with Windows 7...it turned out it was not so the guys took the lap top and spent time with the manufactures to try and establish what the problem was......something way beyond me. i also called and emailed several times over that time with small issues and they were always more than happy to help and talked me through all the probs i was having. I will definitely work with the guys again!!

"Product OK, poor delivery service"
Hello.
I had delivery for my first online purchase with Mediaspec.
I must say I obviously expected the contents to be inside a sealed package, which they weren't.
Luckily, all the contents were there this time, but the system is far from ideal.
Parcels are far too often delivered in businesses, reception desks, post boxes where more than one person can access them, and especially with students, flatshare buildings where anyone could be handling this. I've even had my parcels delivered to neighbours before!
So, to start with, items could easily be lost, stolen, damaged, or even just items being open out of their packages could cause a problem if the wrong items were sent, in case of a return.
Secondly, discretion and privacy. No one wants other people knowing what they get through the post, if it's an order online, even less so how much you paid for it!
The invoice just there on a piece of paper on top of your products, for anyone to see, is just unreasonable. Even if packaging for the parcel is off limits for cost reasons, then at least a sealed envelope for the invoice, or preferably don't even send a paper one, an email will do just fine, less waste of paper, less expenses for you as well!
Just thought I'd express my concern, in an attempt of contributing to the quality of the service you provide. I hope it's appreciated.
