When I ordered my backflow incense burner from Hmindshop I was so pleased with the service and the product, I also received free cone incense with it too, It only took a couple of days to arrive I was expecting it to take at least a week, I was so surprised when it arrived and with the free cones too.
I would recommend the Hmindshop to anyone who wants to use the backflow incense burners as they have quite a collection and I will be certainly purchasing another one.

I bought this as a 60th birthday for a friend. It wasn't what I expected. It was alot smaller than it appears to be on the advert and I had to look right to the end of the blurb before I found the dimensions had I had seen them first I would not have purchased. The delivery time was spot on though

Looks good and does what it says. However it stains badly! Definitely needs a bigger cloth under it. Also very bad for people with problems such as asthma, I've been coughing a lot since i tried it!(i do not have asthma) Not good during covid times! Also, your clothes smell like a camp fire after. Only used 2 cones out of the 80 given. I won't be using it again.

This morning received Waterfall incense burner. It was smashed to pieces😥😥. Sent email to Hmind and with in an hour they contacted me and offered full replacement. Big thank you to the lovely, and very helpful gentleman I spoke to. Can't tell believe how impressed I am with their service. Beryl Davenport.
