"No way to treat disabled customers"

I ordered some stair carpet tiles the beginning of this month, I have emailed them twice and still have not received any reply let alone the tiles, myself and my husband are both disabled and £50 might not seem like much but to us it is when you have nothing to show for it, this is disgraceful and shouldn't be able to be done to anyone

I bought some items from them that never arrived and no correspondence from the company despite several attempts to contact. Two months have passed since I made the order.
