We've been renting with them for over eight months and are quite happy with the service. They are always quick and clear in their replies (both during the contract phase and now we're renting) and the few ocassions where we've had an issue with the flat (mostly plumbing) they were solved in the same day.

We were not too keen on renting through a management agent instead of with a landlord directly, but are overall quite happy.

Louise Putt now looks after the management and day to day queries. Along with the rest of the team, Louise provides excellent customer service, we are really very impressed with how quickly things are dealt with without any hassle or too many questions asked.

They reply quickly over email. Which is a big plus for those who, like myself, struggle with phone conversations.
