"Exactly as Advertised"

At first I was skeptical about the legitimacy of Casino Extreme as I have signed up at other online casinos with a similar setup only to have a bad experience when attempting to withdrawal any winnings, but after giving them a shot I am pleased to say it was worth the gamble (pun intended). After sending in the required documentation to have my account verified, withdrawaling from Casino Extreme was exactly as advertised. I received my withdrawal request within 30 minutes and was pleased about the ease in which it was conducted. Casino Extreme has some decent deposit bonuses and frequently have very generous no deposit bonuses for depositors. Combined with the variety of games they have available, Casino Extreme has risen to become one of my "go-to" online casinos I frequent each week. I recently made a deposit and then redeemed a no deposit bonus when I had reduced my balance under $1 to get another chance at winning, which I promptly did playing a few of my favorite games (Double Ya Luck, Doragon's Gems, Dr. Winmore), coming very close to completing the rollover requirements for the no deposit bonus. As sometimes happens, I got a little too cocky and/or greedy and tried to force the slot I was playing to win and ended up coming up a little short of the rollover requirement, but that doesn't always happen. I have been able to complete some in the past, making the payout all the sweeter.

Their cash out time, as far as I have experienced it has been very dependable. I usually see a deposit within hours (if not less). It is definitely one of those withdraw and forget casino's because unless I have received a bonus and not followed the rules ...(MAKE SURE TO READ AND FOLLOW BONUS REDEMPTION RULES!!!)... I can depend on it showing up soon.
Customer Service has been very dependable for their help when I (..!! always !!..). ask what my withdraw amount is before clicking any buttons. This is due to loosing a balance to a withdraw error once as well as once for playing an excluded slot. Those, however unfortunate, can not be attributed to the casino. Only to my own lack of understanding with the rules that were associated with the bonus money and understanding that until I cash out a bonus, no matter the balance, it is still under the rules of deposit bonus.
Anyway, 5 star all the way around in my opinion. Wish I won more often, but who doesn't when they play slots?
