The product is so easy to use, the instructions clear and simple and the difference almost immediate. My property enjoys almost 130 square metres of paving which was black. I was plagued by persistent cold callers wanting to quote for power washing - but not any more! My paving gleams as it did when newly laid, with no aching backs or strained tempers, and it cost less than some of those power washing quotes. I'm very happy.

This patio cleaner is extremely good. Can highly recommend it. Also biodegradable, not sure other cheaper products are?
One point to note; take care when applying it / spraying this on. It will bleach your clothing / shoes so either wear old clothing / shoes / wellies you are not worried about or use suitable protective shoes / clothing.

The stuff arrived promptly and was easy to use and it did what it said on the tin (bottle). My patio had suffered years of neglect so it took a few goes to completely get rid of the spots, but it looks beautiful now.
Don't wear your best clothes, though. Even if you don't see it, tiny drops of spray can land on your clothes and you'll end up with tiny bleached spots.

Very good product, excellent results and to my surprise (I had been somewhat sceptical) did not damage the plants once washed onto soil - take care not to get spray onto leaves though! I used bin liners to cover foliage in the immediate area. The patio stone was returned to its original hue and continues to look good. Not all black spot was removed but we had not used any product on it in ten years, so it was pretty bad! Well worth the investment. Don’t stint on buying more than you think you’ll need…you need to apply liberally
