Much more expensive than in previous years.

Seems as I am going on a cruise I would of thought that you could just do that as a cover and not have to name all of the places I will going as it was a rather long list!

This was the best policy by far, was quick and easy to fill in and only took minutes to do. i would recommend this company to my friends and family.
Documents came through straight away and they just need printing off.

"Still no response from this company…"

Still no response from this company from a claim put in to them in June. It was apparently escalated and someone was suppose to call me today or email to confirm the claim is settled. Still no response from them and when you call them all you get is they can’t help you, requested the phone called from them in writing and also all information and still nothing, updated the ombudsman and they are now going to take over this, companies an absolute joke and a scam of a company.
In light of there response below I had to contact them and all you still get is it’s been passed on. The company did not contact me as promised.
All need to avoid this company at all costs, get what you pay for, lesson learnt
