"Still on cloud 9 a week after returning"

Just back from Menorca and my second trip of the summer, and already excited for my next adventure with Amy, Mike and the rest of the gang (Soph, Andy, Cleo, Robbie!). There really isn’t a better way to spend a week. Fun workouts (that cater for all levels of fitness), amazing local food and the chance to make so many new friends. The warmth you feel from the team is immeasurable, and the giggles you have with your fellow travellers stay with you long after you’re home. Just finished up a fantastic week in Ibiza with Salt Escapes! The program was curated exceptionally well.

Mike and Amy’s attention to detail reflected in the workouts, the food, the villa, the boat trip, etc. The week felt balanced, with the right amount of intensity with the workouts with Clem, the restoration during yoga with Gem, and the synergy amongst the crew. Also, each meal prepared by Robbie was colourful, creative, and delicious, with fruits/ vegetables often sourced directly from the villa.

The week spent in Ibiza with Salt Escapes was phenomenal! Thanks for putting together a fantastic trip for all of us ✨

Just back from Salt Escapes Ibiza and could not recommend it enough. An amazing week with the Salt Escapes team with big energy and vibes from start to finish! The workouts were tough and rewarding, the food was delicious and the people and energy were unmatched. Mike and Amy, together with the rest of the Salt Escapes team (Clem, Gem and chef Rob) have curated something truly magical. Would 100% recommend.

"Never wanted it to end 🥲"

It’s difficult to put into words my Salt Escape experience. I Booked back in December, I was excited but admittedly a little apprehensive as to what to expect so I went along to one of their London events in August, and it didn’t take long for me to realize it was going to be something special. Mike & Amy instantly put me at ease, welcomed me into the Salt Escapes family, and left that day with the biggest smile on my face having heard stories from those who had been earlier in the year or the years before, telling me “it’s going to be the best week of your life!!” And boy they were not wrong.
Mike & Amy have genuinely thought about every detail to make your experience one to remember, from selecting the most immense villas, to curating a week of challenging but fun work outs, as well as organising for a boat trip and hike to remember. It doesn’t stop there, they extend that same attention to detail in the team they bring on board - Clem & Gem serving up incredible work outs and Robbie the greatest chef of all time fuelling you with all the best ingredients! They work around the clock to make your trip one to remember.
Lastly it would be crazy not to mention all the incredible people you get to meet, you will be surprised how quickly you all feel like old friends!
As much as I sort of want to gate-keep this absolute GEM - I want to see Mike & Amy absolute smash it out the park with their future dreams, so don’t hesitate to book! You won’t regret it!

Where to start? From the second you walk in you are warmly greeted by Amy and Mike, who are extremely welcoming, to the challenging workouts, followed by the perfect calming yoga and the deliciously selected menu by their amazing Chef! "Dominican trip Feb 2024 - Loved it!"

I went to Salt Escapes in Feb 2024 for the Dominican Republic trip and had an incredible time! Sophie the chef made incredible (super healthy and super tasty) meals, the workouts were great, AMRAP style so they catered for all fitness levels and needless to say that Amy and Mike brought a great vibe! Also there were 15 people and almost all were travelling solo which was great as we all mixed in and got on really well. Loved it, may go again later this year!

"Menorca"

Menorca was my first Salt Escapes, and it was fantastic! I'm super impressed with the preparation and attention to detail that Amy and Mike put into this trip. Everything from the beautiful location, to the diverse menus, to the super fun activities was excellent. I definitely plan to go again!
