Awful company to deal with , booked my trip checked the flight with airline told it’s been changed chased and chased last minute as no word from them - only wanted to cancel the changes flight not other flight hotel or transfers - no chance of speaking to anyone email replies useless and take weeks other than we cancel awaiting refund which is not what I wanted - no idea if I have any holiday booked or any refund ! Will never use this company again - absolute shambles

"Worse service ever"

So lockdown happened a 18 months ago. Was promised that if I did not use my credit in a year that they would refund me then they removed contact numbers. Finally found a contact number and then can’t get through because there’s no ticket linked to my “skype” phone number. No refund! No response to calls!

Ce sont des malhonnêtes last minute.Je propose a toute les personnes qui comme moi ont payé un voyage (pour mon cas voyage de noce en matinique + 2200€) et ont rien eu qu'on se rassemble afin de déposer un dossier en justice
Mon voyage était prévu en mai aucune réponse de leur part ni par téléphone ni par mail d'avoir impossible a joindre karine dans le puy dome

Achtung Finger weg!!! Wir wurden leider enttäuscht sind in ein Preismanipulation reingefallen.Ich kann jeden nur empfehlen Finger weg davon und geht lieber zu einem Ortsnahem Reisebüro. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Kundencenter wurde ich mit der Geschäftsführerin Frau Busch verbunden. Leider wurde ich Arrogant abgewiesen, unseriöse antworten bekommen.
Ich möchte euch keinen Roman schreiben, aber wie gesagt bei diesem Online Portal nie wieder....
