Ordered a hoodie, received it damaged. Reached out to customer support about the issue, it's been a week and still no answer. So I had to return it, pay shipping fees for it.

Voor wat hebben ze een k2nk3r klanten service als ze toch niet opnemen probeer al dagen te bellen over mijn geld die ze terug moeten storten geen gehoor, mail gestuurd geen antwoord

I’ve placed an order with 4 items and with the confirmation email I get the information that one of them wasn’t available anymore and they refund me the money. So far, so good. When I get the package I noticed that one of the items was wrong, didn’t match with the one that I ordered. I’ve reached the costumers service by email. It took a while to get an answer but they replied and handled the situation immediately, sending me the correct item and a return tag so return the wrong one. Everything get right.
