I searched for a long time to find a particular wallpaper design for the kitchen. Only wanted white background with green and yellow, no other colors. Not only did I find the exact type and color I was looking for but it was at a fraction of other company's prices. And it arrived very quickly.

I found this company on ebay and called them because I had questions about how much to order. The man I spoke to was great. He answered all my questions. I received my order on time (I was in a rush).
My dining room looks AMAZING - exactly how I pictured it. The quality and price of the product was good too. I've never hung wallpaper before. I've read reviews of other brands. The color of my paper never 'ran' (like other brands I read about). I would definitely refer them to others and will re-order from them if I want to wall paper in the future.

I contacted the Fabric Co about 100 yards of a particular fabric. They did not have it in stock so they contacted the manufacturer and they had 55 yards in stock. Placed the order for the 55 yards and had it less than a week.
Very easy company to work with and professional customer service. I have to say they went "above and beyond" my expectations!

"GOT HERE QUICK....BUT VERY DAMAGED!"
I was thrilled to find that the shipment of the 2 additional rolls of wallpaper that I ordered on Monday....were here already on Wednesday.
However when I took them to the job sight....OH NO! both rolls were damaged. The ends were smashed and all wrinkled. What could I do.
I have already delayed the job...as I had underestimated on the measurement due to the irregularity of the wall heights of this old and very out of plumb Victorian. I called the company....spoke with 3 different people who advised that I ship it back. FORGET IT. I am already late as it is. I told them that I could cut off 90 inches of each roll and make it work...but I would need compensation to ever order from them again. The Fabric Company blamed it on their supplier who mailed the shipment in a plastic bag, the same type you would get when ordering a sweater. Why didn't this come in a box. They were charging me 10.00 shipping. Why not do it right. Now I am made to take pictures of the damage and email them to the Fabric Company...who will then....try and recoup from UPS....meanwhile....
I WILL NEVER ORDER WITHOUT A GUARANTEE AGAIN !!!
