Bought tickets to the Porsche GT3 draw over a year ago and the draw is still nowhere near happening - meanwhile the car is being used to deliver prizes, increasing mileage and using warranty up.
I’ve emailed the company on a number of occasions to politely request a refund given at the time I was unaware the draw didn’t have a guaranteed draw date in the near future like all other sites I had come across, but have been flat out ignored on multiple occasions.
To see they have apparently offered someone else in the same position a refund, yet totally ignored multiple emails from myself makes this worse.
Very disappointing. First negative review I’ve left a business, but for good reason.
