I was delighted to find a supplier so close to home. The products were of excellent quality and my order was processed quickly. The goods www securely packed.

The delivery agent however was a new experience and one which I have no wish to repeat. In brief, despite clear addressing by Strand and verbal verification the package was delivered to the wrong address, being left outside an unattended property. Having waited for several hours as arranged with the driver I called his phone to be dismissed rudely and when delivery to the correct address the response was a torrent of abuse in most graphic terms. The matter was reported to the head office of the delivery agent.

Regrettably development of a business relationship has been spoiled.
