Ordering and delivery was straightforward. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to return one item as I ordered the wrong size and have heard nothing after 2 weeks despite paying £45 for the collection of the return. I have phoned twice and been assured that the matter would be looked into and that I would be called back with details but that has not happened.
