Just passed my driving test thanks to Nadia!! Really impressed with the Rara Driving School’s systems and lessons plan. I was lucky enough to have Nadia as my instructor, she was so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about all things driving/cars/tips & tricks to park, etc. Loved our chats on our drives and feel much more confident and competent as a driver thanks to her guidance. I am happy how they booked my test dates within 3/4 weeks, it was impossible to get test dates. Would definitely recommend learning with Rara driving school & specifically Nadia!

"Customer service - 2/10 wouldn't recommend"

I can say nothing based on the actual services of this company which according to reviews, seems quite good so this is not a review on the driving lessons or instructors at all.

I called up a couple of days ago just to enquire. The receptionist/ customer support woman was SO rude. I started by explaining my situation in which her response was "ok?" As if I had no business even daring to ask her a question. She then proceeded with "well we have a list so.." I said oh okay no worries. Then she said "so do do you want a call back or not".

The information she gave, I have no issue with as I understand driving schools are completely backlogged at the moment. Her ATTITUDE. Was SO rude. I have a lot of anxiety so her responses and lack of interest really made me jittery on the phone and a few days later it still annoyed me so that's my reason for the review.

Regardless, I have now found another driving school who were willing to help more and the lady on the phone there have helped gain a new customer. The one here at RARA could take some advice :)
