I have had major hip pain since pushing my walking workouts at the gym, around the neighborhood, and on hiking trails. I'm 59 years old, walked miles and miles of flight line in the Air Force, and I just thought it was old age or maybe arthritis. Orange insoles are life changing. I feel 20 years younger. I was very disappointed in my purchase, the arch supports hurt the arches of my feet and the cupped heels of the insoles hurt the bottoms of my heels, I had to take the insoles out because I had too much pain walking with the insoles in, I went back to just a plain gel insole
