"I have been working with Reign Web Experts"

I have been working with Reign Web Experts, and the person assisting me is Sean on a Shopify store. He has been an incredible support, explaining the process and details thoroughly. Moreover, he has guided me with marketing strategies that have resulted in significant sales and a strong ROI.

I did come across a couple of bad reviews and was initially hesitant to start working with them. However, I soon realized that many of these negative reviews came from people who expected to become millionaires overnight and didn’t fully understand or trust the process of building a successful store that generates real income.

From my own experience, Reign Web Experts have been nothing but professional and incredibly supportive. Success in e-commerce takes time, strategy, and the right guidance—and Sean and his team provide exactly that.

"Promise the World, Yet Cannot Deliver"

I signed up back in December 2024. It was a small fee that they charge to get it going. Thinking that was it, they upsold me on their "marketing and SEO" package for another $1500 or so. They said it would take 3 months before I see any sales. Fast forward about 90 days, no sales. I get about 2 or 3 a day, but nothing. I approached them about it and they tried to sell me an "add on" to their existing product. I was surprised they wanted to just keep selling stuff rather than find ways to improve what they have already done.

I am still hopeful and optimistic, but also discouraged. I know it's not a get rich scheme by any stretch of the imagination, but one one sale and only 2 or 3 visits a day. I find that embarrassing when I paid good money for their "service." Kevin is putting out sales video on Instagram and Facebook, but it's not attracting too many customers.

As of this point, all I can say, "you get want you pay for." Crap in, crap out. Definitely, not the best quality website nor customer service thus far in my 3 months of working with them. I'll update once I see some activity.

I worked with them for 5 months now. Paid all their startup and monthly fees, also paid monthly Shopify fee. They said I would get ROI but now they say ROI is not guaranteed. And I am still negative losing money everyday. 
They also said that they would refund me but still have not delivered.

Update:
Scam I paid them to work on my store. 6 months with no results. I am negative money I paid for their monthly service and start up. Plus Shopify fee. 

They said they would give me a partial refund on for their poor performance on working with my store. 

I waited and still no refund. 

They told me to delete the review and they would send refund. I deleted it and they still did not send refund. 

I posted again and they said they would again send refund if I delete. But they still have not sent me refund.

I have contacted you and still am waiting for the refund. You are just buying time and making me remove my reviews and not even sending refund like you said.

The store did not generate revenue for months like you said and you just keep saying the same thing trying to buy time so that you can get more people to pay for your services.

Where do I even start…? My POC for the most part has been Ben. They (he) has been the utmost personable, understanding, & timely in his reaction to my multiple- ever changing ideas, requests. I must admit I was a bit scared at first but from my first text conversation with Jay to phone call on getting everything from starting to finish they are very responsive and getting the work done Albert and Micheal they were wonderful can wait for my website to be launched.

It was a pleasure to work with Ben Hawkins and his team for three months. The pros and cons will be explained.

I encourage people to work with Ben Hawkins when they are new to Shopify, but I do not recommend them to work with Ben when they are new to the platform. Be sure to research Shopify and the requirements in Shopify before hiring Ben. As a deaf person, Shopify platform only handles customer service via chat, and there is no phone number to call and communicate, since I have a video phone with an ASL interpreter. Basically, Ben Hawkins will teach you what to do with products and some other stuff that you need to do in half the time. Because Ben Hawkins is a web designer, he will not tell you what you need for Shopify. As an example, I did not realize that I had to pay him for domain when it is in shopify, and it turns out it has to be a website link, not a shopify one. It is important to have a logo, and the price is reasonable. Printy is an app that can be used to create a logo for products. In that case, Ben can assist you, but if you haven't researched the image that you're using, he cannot tell you if it's copyright or not. You shouldn't use any products until you have asked him first. ASK him and he will answer. Price-wise, it's not bad and more likely affordable. The majority of videos have no closed captions, so after 3 months, I finally found a shopify course that offers closed captions every 3 minutes so I can understand and follow the steps. There are a few problems I can name, but that is how business works. When you are ready, Ben Hawkins and his team will assist you. The only thing I regret is that I paid them before I knew what I needed to do. I made a mistake there. There are times like that.

The only thing I would like Ben to do is remove any "dummy" descriptions that are unnecessary or need some adjustments before it goes live. The experience was disappointing for me. I am like that, and that's how I am. It would be great if I had a proper guide before I started using Shopify.

The Pros are Ben Hawkins and his team, who are willing to make any effort to ensure you are satisfied with your website. You can always count on Ben for shopify or any other business needs you may have. He explains better through video phone than text in my opinion only when it is necessary to explain what needs to be done and how to do it. Although I am not rich nor do I have my own personal interpreter, he may be the man you're looking for to open your business. Invest more time in your business website if you need it. Get in touch with him before you start your business or when you are half way through it. That way, you can get an accurate estimate. The best time to have Ben is when you are investing your money and he is not too expensive, but the best time is when you have the entire money to take advantage of everything he can do for you. My favorite part is when I text him, he always replies and handles the little issue with your shopify account.

I am in the process of learning shopify for my second shop. Upon 99% understanding of Shopify, I look forward to working with you if that is okay with you.
