The booking process seemed straightforward but there was a three day delay in the booking confirmation, when three other branches of our family had booked at exactly the same time & received confirmation virtually immediately. This had implications for our ferry options.

"Straight forward booking service"

Straight forward booking service. We had to email to confirm that our twin axle caravan would be accepted as so many sites in France seem to bar these. Having got confirmation that it would be OK, everything else was smooth.

Because my daughter is a wheelchair user I felt the need to speak with a staff member rather then rely on the online booking system. Sabrina was extremely helpful and answered all my queries

Booked on the recommendation of a friend. The site was easy to navigate once converted to English. A deposit was all that was required.

The booking was very simple but I was annoyed that you have to pay £30 to reserve a specific site.
It would be easier to include it in the price. We would not know but would be please to be able to choose a specific site.
