And explanation received from cosmetics Now (Veena S.) was very lame and unprofessional. She stated that “as per the supplier this is the new packing” and referred me to their website. REALLY! It is not the supplier BUT your company/website misleading potential buyers by presenting product using wrong packaging. I paid for product listed for sale on your website and if it’s not available anymore simply update your account. Otherwise it is an EXTORTION!!
You still included picture of the old packaging within an email following up delivery and asking for review.

Very disappointing, unprofessional and almost funny how you take your customers for an …..edited….
