"Fake goods from china"

DO Not buy from this company.
My products came from a man in china and were 100% fake.
I paid £131 for genuine eye and face creams that now need to go in the bin.

I’ve ordered from cosmetics now three times and each time it’s been stellar service and authentic perfumes. I’ll admit, the shipping time can take up to two weeks, but overall I’m very content with the service and prices! I definitely recommend them!

For the 3rd time I will explain again, The Clarins compact I received is broken into pieces. I contacted the support and the help desk. The return label has a man name on it and I don't understand why it was not shipped frfom you I paid for a new compact.,I wsas all broker into small pieces when I recieved it. Again Please tell me how to return for a full refund

I am still waiting for my product. It said delivery was 7 to 14 days. I ordered on 20th November. I emailed and asked what was going on, they sent me postnl tracking which shows that it arrived in the UK on 28th November and a royal mail tracking number that cannot find the package, I had all this info before and sent photos but they just sent the same info back to me. I then asked if 7 - 14 days meant after it arrived in uk they just sent the old tracking info again. I will give it a few more days then will be requiring a refund if it hasn't arrived. I will not be using them again, customer service is lacking to say the least.
