Very disappointed. Very hard to choose the right colour. I chose #5 Warm Beige but it looked ghostly on my skin and I'm not dark but more fair with a pink overtone. I found it did not cover well, despite using a primer first, and it was very drying. Despite its high price, I will have to go back to my By Terry Eclat Opulent.

"The product I received was faulty"

The product I received was faulty. The cushion came with its safety seal slightly unsealed and opened. The joints of the inner lid of the cushion was broken, wobbly and weak. I have currently asked for return and refund, and am waiting for their response.
I saw a lot of reviews online saying that their refund process has been dragging on for months and I hope that is not the case for me. Very disappointed.

"Terrible delivery system"

The delivery guy, who arrived earlier than expected when I was not available to meet him, refused to come to my house again to bring me my delivery (even though I paid for delivery and even though he arrived at my house about 3 hours ahead of schedule).
I had to go meet him somewhere in town to get my shipment because he threatened to bring it back to the company abroad. Really unpleasant with the service and I will certainly not order from you anymore with such a delivery experience.
