I purchased a vehicle via these cowboys in Jan 24. Requested to return the vehicle after 2 days. Didn't drive the vehicle for 6 weeks as was so unhappy after it had been delivered and they refused to rectify the faults. ( vehicle a 2019 plate Peugeot 208 Auto) vehicle had 72000 on the clock and assumed cambelt had been renewed (no) start start system didn't work. Car had no second key. Rust on boot and on bottom of two doors. Severe scratches on bodywork and informed just age related marks. Rear boot Peugeot emblem fell off when taking through a car wash. I only did this after I was in no other position but to drive it as they had closed my complaint. It was plastic and held in place by double sided sticky tape. Dent in door had been filled and cosmetically repaired (bodged) and this failed when pressure washer used. I paid almost £9000 for this vehicle and me and my wife did not expect to be treated with so much utter contempt. I have now passed all relevant information over to the Financial Ombudsman as this was my last line of help. Car Loans 365 even emailed Trust Pilot to request that they remove my original complaint as it wasn't true however, if Trust Pilot are a competent, fair and impartial company then I am happy to forward them my case number and all the email correspondence between myself, Car Loans 365 and the Financial Ombudsman.

What Car Loans 365 has put me and my family through needs to be available to read to all future potential customers as they are not fit for purpose and should be prevented from trading or forced to become a member of The Motor Ombudsman where there activities and trading can be monitored.
