I have applied for finance of the car and it is my first time buying a vehicle. The company has accepted my application very quickly and was pushing me to find a car quickly. All the cars that I liked were not acceptable for finance for some reason, but they have offered their "trusted" dealer and sent me a car.

I wanted to view the car first, so they offered me to reserve the car. I agreed to that, but the company processed the finance for me instead of just reserving a viewing. The company send me the agreement to sign before I can view a vehicle, which was not comfortable for me.

At the end the guy, who was assigned to me, asked me if I want to proceed at all, as he feels like I am not comfortable with the signing the agreement. I pushed back and said that I need some time to think and in the morning I had an email saying that my application was declined and the dealer contacted me also with the same message.

Their "trusted" dealer claimed that the car has full service history, but just sent me some receipts with stamps and that's it.

I would not recommend CarLoans365.
