Really quick response. All very convenient. Collected and delivered at the time agreed. The only reason for not giving 5 is I've not tried on 2 of the dresses that have been repaired yet, but they look like the repairs have been done well.

Excellent customer service, on time and priced very well. Highly recommended to everyone. This dry cleaning service was absolutely outstanding. Picked up my jacket and dropped off within a day as I needed this as an emergency to send off to someone. I think that is more than pretty impressive. I look forward to using you guys again and will definitely be recommending you guys to friends and family!!

Went in to have a few inches taken off the end of a coat. Superb and friendly service - very professional, the company text message you when the job is complete. The stitching was perfect and seamless as though I had just bought the coat without any alterations.
Would definitely recommend and was one of the few places in London to still provide tailoring and alteration services when many aren’t.
I don’t live close by but would happily make the trip over there again for any future tailoring needs.

"Dishonest"

Dishonest! I went to get a short down jacket cleaned and the guy was like 'it will be 25 quid', my jaw dropped!! Their website quotes 'from 6.95 GBP'! Also, I've had the same jacket cleaned at a fancy dry cleaners who are at my office in Canary Wharf for 12.95!!! So they tried to scam me, I think that's disgusting frankly! Never going back and I'm local!

Please note now the long-winded response doesn't address anything, just tries to cover for their dishonest behaviour, STAY AWAY!!! In case you're wondering the jacket had no stains. The clerk was just trying to take advantage.
