MEMBER FOR 19 YEARS, ALWAYS PLAY CANASTA, AM GOOD PLAYER, TRY TO INCREASE MY RANK SINCE OCTOBER 2022, NO MATTER WHAT RANK PLAYER IS PLAYING, I LOSE.MY RANK WAS 900 WHEN I STARTED, LOSE MOST GAMES AND RANK IS STILL 800-900. TOLD THEM OF THIS AND ASK IF THEY FIX GAMES, IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY RANK NOT TO INCREASE IN 8 MONTHS. DISGUSTED AND AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER GAMES SITE THAT IS HONEST. WOULD LIKE TO REPORT TO STATE OF MASS. i pay yearly and am entitled to win like everyone. i get bad cars, no bonus cards, not fair.

"I have been a member of POGO for 20…"

I have been a member of POGO for 20 years, paying my membership yearly and last November of 2022 after renewing my subscription was dropped no reason for it and stole a whole years membership. I resigned up a new subscription and now after 3 months my subscription has been cancelled and the money I pad for a years subscription gone again. They tell you they can do this at any time they want for any reason. This is theft in the first degree and no one gives a damn !

"POGO IS MONEY HUNGRY"

LOVE the games. HATE the way the challenge is so hard to have to BUY power ups. If you have any addiction problems DON'T start on this site. Been in since 2009 as a Paying member I've collected over 1000 badges. I've spent $1000s of dollars. IM SO STUPID FOR THIS. I need to delete and remove from my devices. But then I think of crap I'll lose all my badges I've worked so hard to get. HOLY CRAP ANGELA. Grow up. I'm 67 years old and can't control the addiction to win these damn badges.

"Been a paying member since 2007"

Been a paying member since 2007. Started out liking it. Since the 'upgrade' its definitely gone downhill. Games that are weekly challenges become unwinnable, unless you have power-ups or gems to buy them. The fun has died. I understand the need for a challenge, but they have made some things impossible. Thanks for being a fun killer, Pogo.

I am rating it a 2 because the games are fun. However, if you have any issues at all, forget about any kind of customer service. I've paid to play for years to do away with ads but there is not one single avenue available that will actually resolve any issues you have. I feel so stupid because all of this time I've been paying and never realized that any type of customer service just doesn't exist. They tell you to email and then suggest you go to the Q&A to solve your problems. Wow, Brilliant. I won't be paying anymore that's for sure.

"POGO is run by thieves and liars!"

I have been a pogo member for more than 20 years now and EA Sports seems to be on a mission to destroy pogo. I was playing Poppit Bingo on July 6. I needed to buy some Cactus Cash using my gems. I got this message "TRANSACTION FAILED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". 20 minutes later I tried again and same exact message. I ended up trying 4 times and I came back later that day and I was shocked to see that POGO took all 4 "FAILED" TRANSACTIONS and "unfailed" them? They wiped out 335 gems and never told me they going to do so? I wrote their Customer Torture dept. asking them to reverse the purchases. They told me dozens of lies! They promised me a refund and then decided to break their promise! And then on a live chat last week I explained in great detail why they had no right steal my gems. The agent and his team said I was right but they said that the gem log of purchases they needed to use as evidence only goes back 30 days. Which is a total lie because I have screen shots! I offered to provide them my screen shot and they terminated chat at that point. They destroyed evidence to prove their innocence!

came back after years and it is really annoying, takes forever to get in a card game, chat does not work, constantly booted disconnected or other players get booted, everything games takes forever to get started, fustrating is putting it mildly. Dont bother really,
