My order arrived and was damaged(liquid bottles had leaked). I explained the problem to Shirley the rep and she replaced the damaged items free of charge.I love these products so happy to recommend.

I supplied the order# and picture and they shipped a new product the next day. Awesome customer service and shipping! I have been using their products and it's second to none. Definitely recommend!

Pésima experiencia. Hicieron comprar una crema en jockey plaza Peru, al consultar con un familiar y trasmitirme su pésima calidad de la crema que efectivamente como leí en un comentario no había granos de exfoliante. 150 soles por una crema , fui a devolverlo a los 20 minutos y no querían devolvérmelo me pusieron mil peros, yo insistí porque no pueden estafar así a la gente la señora encarga de tienda una malcriada hasta me grito, yo no caí en su ignorancia y falta de respeto sólo insistía que me devuelvan, ya que no me dieron ni boleta. Tras una hora de reclamo y tolerar a las malcriadas de las vendedoras y la irrespetuosa de la encargada de tienda me hicieron la devolución del dinero. Uno tiene que hacer respetar sus derechos de consumidor nadie puede obligarnos a consumir sus estafas, denunciemos más, que la plata no me la regalan. Fue muy desagradable la experiencia, porque no tenían que ser tan intransigentes y las que venden no son ni dermatólogas yo sufro de acné moderado, me iban a destruir la piel.
