"Trophy didn't arrive, ordered 10 days before"

Ordered a trophy on the 1st and paid for it to be delivered by Friday the 10th. Phoned up on the 10th and the trophy hadn't even been dispatched. The lady on the phone was helpful, which made it better but still not acceptable.

I find the products of good quality and at a good price and the customer service is excellent if you do encounter problems.
This time one of my items was not in stock and I was offered a similar product at the same price a refund or a delay... you cant really ask for more.
The engraving on the products is excellent too.

Excellent product. Better than the advert picture. I was nervous that engraving would not show up clearly on glass but in fact it had really good contrast and precisely displayed the lettering and logo.
