"We were missing multiple items on…"

We were missing multiple items on arrival in the UK from Singapore - don’t fall for the smiley, helpful management or staff (in either location). Insurance was a waste of time and the general response was along the lines of ‘sorry these things happen.’ Really disappointing, use someone else.

"Abysmal service"

Abysmal service. Our shipment was delayed for over 6 months for no specific reason. There is lack of effective communication from the company personnel as well. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.

Had a great experience with Classic Moving. The moving team were very efficient and careful with our belongings and we had no damages or breakages and everything arrived in perfect condition.

"I am being kind even giving them a 1 ⭐️…"

I am being kind even giving them a 1 ⭐️ We we’re quoted a two day move. I was super nice and gave them lunch & gifts. They ended up taking 4 days, made a massive mess and repaid me by stealing my things. Beyond disappointed. I keep telling myself at least we are healthy and happy. Stealing sentimental items that have no value to others is beyond disappointing and just incredibly unkind. I wish them all the best and I hope they love my clothes they took, my Christmas Angel, sheep decorations, my glassware. Also, thanks for smashing my plates I had been collecting since I was 18. 😔 Never ever use these people. One last positive note, the counter party here in the US was brilliant.

"Communication is Key"

The communication with this company was excellent until the payment was made. There were not confirmed details of the moving date, it was me constantly chasing them. They advised me to pack my things in March; it is August and I still have not received them. Throughout this process there has been a distinct lack of communication with me constantly having to reach out to understand what is happening, why it is happening and to gain clarification. They said that when my things were delivered in Europe they would get them to me quickly. The company that they are using have left them sitting there for three weeks now, until there is a combined shipment. I have moved many times and this was by far the worst. I understand that the pandemic has impacted shipping and timing but should not be used for a complete lack of customer service and clear communication.

I worked with Classic Moving to get a bike shipped over from the UK that could not be purchased here. The service from the intial correspondance to receiving the bike was amazing, the staff are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to arrange. I am over the moon!

"Exceptional !"

I have personally worked in the relocation industry for many years and relocated internationally several times. The experience with Classic Moving was exceptional. From the first contact, survey and quote process to the move itself everything was seamless and professional. The staff were all very caring and accommodating and made what can be a very stressful time much easier. Highly recommended!

"Professional Service"

We moved from Singapore to UK during Pandemic. Classic Moving were professional and cost effective. Packers in Singapore were excellent, we were kept informed of container progress and delivery was timely (7 weeks door to door)

Courteous and efficient pre-sales attention. The information provided was great. The packers on the day were friendly and efficient.
Once the packers had been, the communication on the shipment and its departure and due dates could be improved.
