"If your location is remote then expect a longer delivery time"

Waited all day for a delivery that never arrived. Staff committed to calling me back but didn't. Next member of staff was unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Eventually, I eventually spoke to a very reasonable manager who explained that my location meant late delivery (I live in the Outer Hebrides) and he committed to having it delivered at another time. My rating is not related to delivery, (although it was annoying to wait in all day). My rating is due to the two call handlers who failed to keep their commitments, lied and then put me on hold for 11 minutes until my call dropped. Their manager has committed to speak with them about their service delivery too. If you live in a remote location you should ignore the system generated email that says 2 days and contact the company for a more realistic timetable. I will update my review and rating if the coal is delivered at the newly agreed time.

"Impressive turnaround time from ordering to delivery!"

Had couple of deliveries off of Housefuel and have nothing but praise for the quick turnaround from ordering to delivery. We have a narrow lane which makes manoeuvring quite challenging, but the delivery drivers always manage to drop the load skilfully without damaging any trees or posts. We will use them for the foreseeable future as service so quick polite and efficient. Many thanks

"Terrible company to use when something…"

Terrible company to use when something goes wrong. They tried everything in their power to keep my money and purposefully made things extremely awkward. So if something goes wrong youll end up regretting give these people a penny of your money
