My order took weeks to arrive. In fact, I'd given up on it and asked for a refund. I did try to communicate with Cocai White to see what was going on but they took days, maybe more than a week, to reply and were not at all helpful.
Disappointingly, the product is not effective either, so a very poor experience all round.
