So this is our second purchase and once again they hit it out the park. Every where my wife and I go we get compliments about ours rings. Bluehira is the place to purchase your jewlery. "In the beginning the customer support…"

In the beginning the customer support was difficult to understand but they worked hard with me to get what I needed. But the biggest issue was the website. Many glitches and inability to process payment. After I had ordered everything via “messages” I had to reach out days later for a tracking number. Periodically they bet the course of over a week the information via the tracking number did not change. I reached out to the company in several occasions and the one time after getting me the tracking number I did hear back was a day later. Not very helpful or reliable communication. I’ll update the review after the artist finally got ahold of me and explained everything I appreciated his response so I caged the rating and gave him 2 more stars at this point.
