"The bed is lovey, shame about the service."

The bed is lovey, the packaging was battered, not well packed. The inner packaging wasn't great either. Luckily the bed is lovely. Postage was way too long, said a few days, needed it for a holiday, came a week after i got back, ordred it in theory time before i went. So now i have a travel bed that i dont need as my holiday is over. Not impressed. I emailed and they never replied.

The service was excellent, have had A snoozzzeeedog bed before for one of our other dogs, love that you can wash and tumble dry the beds they are well mad stylish and always come up as new. Delivery was quick And communication was non to one

So pleased I bought this. I nearly bought it at the ideal home exhibition but thought it was too big to carry around and I remembered that I liked them so ordered one. The dog loves it and got in it straight away which is very unusual for him. Thank you its a great quality product.

Found this Webb site the products are top notch .ordered candy stripe lounger in pale blue looks great in our summer room and my beloved Parsons Jack loves it. The Webb site was really easy to use and delivery very prompt . I can see me and my friends going back to snoozzzeeedog again soon to order some more great dog treats
