I wasn’t sure of the type of spec I would need for a home computer for a 12 year old. I called up and they were very helpful and even held their last available one for me of this spec until I was able to get online to purchase it. It arrived well packaged and my daughter was over the moon with it. I would definitely use them again.

I rang and asked a question that was answered in a friendly and helpful way. Based on that I ordered the laptop I wanted. It arrived within a few days, and so far so good. I'm really pleased with it.

The only small comment I'd make is that purely from a customer service perspective, I think wiping the laptop down and removing superficial marks before sending would be good practice. When you're spending nearly £400, it's nice to receive something in the best condition possible, regardless of it being refurbished. I was expecting it to have scuffs, but I was able to wipe them mostly off, so it just seemed weird not to present it in it's best light. But that's just a superficial thing, and of course has no bearing on the function.
