"Was making an out of state move last…"

Was making an out of state move last month, and have never used a moving company before. All I’ve ever heard was horror stories. But this company made it hassle free AND they were affordable! Made the move so much more stress free!

"Horrible company and the most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever encountered"

This company is a complete scam from start to finish. The estimate was given over the phone and my mother ended up paying $1000 more upon arrival of the movers. During the move the leg of an antique piece of furniture was completely snapped off and taped back together in hopes of trying to hide the break. In attempting to be reimbursed for this damage per the contract, as well as a couple missing items, the owner was downright rude and verbally abusive over the phone and gave the name of a claims company who doesn't even work with them to file the claim.
The phone is never answered and voicemails are infrequently returned. I have moved many, many times and have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. Avoid this company at all costs, I would give zero stars if possible.

They made the seemingly complicated paperwork easy to understand and answered all of my questions promptly. Communication They were received at my home on the arranged date and were all undamaged. A job done very well.
