I saw the van in the street and asked if they could have a look at my double glazed door that was broken. Luckily for me there had just been a cancellation so Martyn came straight away to my house, had a look, gave me a quote and came back later the same day and fixed it all perfectly, even glueing back a broken strip I had forgotten to mention. The doors now work perfectly and I have a two year warranty which is great because the winter is upon us and the heat would have all escaped.
