"Transparent Website and Offers Great Follow-up Support"

As I was going about researching the Internet about wildlife conservation volunteer projects in Africa, I was very impressed in particular by the availability of a multitude of projects that were being offered on the Amanzi website. There was a wealth of information related to each project including exact placement start dates, easy currency conversion tool to calculate total project cost and specific information about the nature of accommodation. It really made me feel more comfortable about my decision to apply for the 3 week project in Zimbabwe utilizing Amanzi because I knew in the back of my head that I would be in good hands with a reliable and trustworthy company. I received my placement confirmation within a couple of days after formally applying for the project through the website and received even more relevant pre-departure information from Gemma. I even had a couple of follow-up questions that were answered promptly within 24 hours after I sent email message which was greatly appreciated. All in all I highly recommend this company and would definitely consider applying through Amanzi again if interest in a similar project arose in the near future.

Fantastic company to work with. Being a first time solo traveller i was extremely cautious and nervous but gemma was amazing. Answered all my questions no matter how daft they were and kept me updated. Amanzi travel were truly amazing when myself and two friends wanted to book a trip to Africa. We were recommended to Amanzi travel by a friend who had previously done a volunteer project through them. We went on the Southbound 21 day overland tour... and what a trip it was, we loved every single minute. Amanzi travel were very accommodating and very helpful with everything from sorting flights, payments etc, even replying to emails on the same day, if not the next, and only a phone call away. A fabulous service with extremely helpful staff, that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a once in a life time experience. I will certainly be using Amanzi travel for my future trips to Africa!

The whole process of dealing with Amanzi was fantastic and I couldn't fault! From the minute I signed up to my trip up until my departure I was in constant communication with Gemma who helped make the process of preparing to go so much easier and helped relieve any stress. Amanzi gave me a pre departure pack outlining everything that was required before I departed, and if I had any queries, they were always there to help quickly.
