My order was delayed then wrong order was delivered. I had to give up and ended up with wrong stuff.

"Delivery came over a month after ordering…"
Delivery came over a month after ordering and required 3 calls to chase to find out what was going on. On the 3rd call they advised it would be delivered next day. I asked for this to come day after as no one would be home but this request was ignored.
The courier then just left the blind outside the front door.
The blind itself is good and the cost was lower than other sites. Maybe that is reflected in the overall service.

"Ordered small blind"
Ordered small blind on 21st November apart from invoice nothing received re-delivery. Rang them two weeks later to ask when order would be despatched and was told it was at factory and they couldn't confirm any date. When it did arrive they sent the wrong 'brackets' we rang and were told they were the correct ones -we had to take photo of the ones they sent and photo of the brackets which was showing on instructions - they agreed to send new ones - we are still waiting .They also suggested we look at You Tube to see how to fit blind the 'film' recommended wasn't relevant to blind we received. My husband made his own brackets and blind is up - now 8th January and no correspondence. Won't be recommending them.

a little delay due to Christmas, but the blinds are well worth the extra money love the pelmet at the top to hide the roller.

"Sizing not what we ordered"
Blinds are a good quality and bright print however I feel there wasnt enough communication once the blinds were ordered. It would have been good to get an estimated delivery date and an email once they had been dispatched. Now the sizing wasnt what was ordered but we waited so long for them we just wanted them up. Would have given 2 stars had the quality not been so good.

9 days after I placed my order I haven't even been notified that it has been dispatched. When I called to find out how much longer I would have to wait, the call handler said they needed to speak to their manager and would call me back: they didn't. AVOID!!
