Great selection of products and exactly what I was looking for - but packaging was atrocious; the items weren’t wrapped securely in a box that was much too big.
Poor delivery meant that the box arrived trashed - was half expecting my items to be damaged but miraculously, they arrived intact.

Prompt delivery, well packaged and lovely quality light shade.
Wish to also say how impressed I was with the customer service.
I inadvertently had first light shade sent to my previous address.
Customer service looked into this and confirmed what had happened.
The new owners kindly returned the light shade. I then received another email from yourselves advising if this and generating a refund.
All of this by their own volition, excellent customer service.
