Unfortunately the watch I received didn’t work how ever they offered a refund or return the watch to manufacture for repair.

Perhaps checking watches work before sending to customers would help.

Bit dissapointed that I have to now wait for the watch to be repaired and returned to Browns to be returned to me.

Thought I may of got a good will gesture but was offered nothing, also no updates through phone or email for repair progress.
