We have used Gas Appliance Showroom over many years to service our central heating boiler. They have also installed a new boiler and added extra radiators for us. We have always found their service efficient and effective. Their engineers arrive punctually, are polite and are willing to answer questions.

Their diagnosis of our problem was proved to be correct. We had badly blocked pipes that would not have been cured by flushing. I cannot fault the experience, skills and customer focused service of the whole team, from the lady on the phone to the owner and the engineers. Everything carefully explained and acted upon. Our cold house is warm again and for the amount of work done I count it as very good value.

This review is about the removal of an old unvented mains pressure hot water cylinder. Tribune no longer were in business so we had to find a supplier of a replacement cylinder. This was not easy but eventually, a friend recommended the Gas Appliance Showroom as he noticed a unit displayed in their show room window which was functionally similar to our old unit.
I contacted Gas Appliance Showroom and explained our desperate need for a cylinder which was interchangeable with the old Tribune. They said they would send an engineer out the next day which happened to be a Saturday. We really appreciated the speed of this response as we had our small grand children staying with us and water was dripping through the downstairs ceiling. The mains mains water supply had to be switched on for one hour every day in order to obtain hot water for the children.
The engineer, who came out, was brilliant. He assessed the problem and took measurements and send he would provide me with a quote for a new cylinder. The quote included the cost of all the plumbing and the removal of the old cylinder. We also explained that we had a deadline as we had booked a holiday in a few weeks time.
As promised a replacement cylinder was selected and a delivery date agreed. The cylinder chosen was a Megaflow Eco 2 Unvented Direct & Indirect Hot Water Cylinder. The cylinder was installed and all plumbing completed on the promised installation date. An incredible performance. The old cylinder was removed and taken away. This was not an easy job as the cylinder had cracked and leaked water into the surrounding installation material making the unit very heavy to remove. The work was done to perfection and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone with similar cylinder/ hot water problems.
The response time to my problem was excellent and the customer service superb. Well done Gas Appliance Showroom.

We have had some issues with our old radiators and heating system for several years so we bit the bullet an decided to have the entire lot replaced.
We have just had all our old radiators removed and replaced (8 in total), as well as the old circulating pump, cold inlet isolating valves, pump valves and we also had a new shower fitted. We also had a power flush of the whole system and inhibitor added to finish off. System is now working like a dream thanks to the team at Gas Appliance Showroom in Malvern.
All of the engineers that did the work at our property have one of the strongest work ethics I have ever had the privilege to witness and I wish my interactions with other suppliers in the past were this good. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and nothing too much trouble in ensuring a quality service from start to finish over the 3 days they were here.
And last but by no means least, our service from the supporting Office staff was 10/10 also.
I cannot recommend G.A.S highly enough based on our experience with them this week. We have already booked them back in a few weeks to fit our new Oven and hob. Simply brilliant!
