"Squirrels in Loft"

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had squirrels entering our loft and the technician came and highlighted the area where they were getting in. Very knowledgable technician who explained everything to us. Squirrel caught quickly which then allowed us to fix the hole. Would recommend and use again if needed.

"Rubbish and useless!"

Rubbish! Very bad useless company the guy found holes in my external wall and said that’s where the mice were coming in so he stuffed with cotton wall which blew away in the wind ! On his arrival I said I had already put traps down and caught 3 mice already so he said it’s pointless him coming! He Was supposed to come back in 2 weeks to remove all the traps but because I see more mice told them to come another 2 weeks later they only come back to remove traps and you have to pay another £200 if u want them to put more traps down ! I made an appointment for 2nd visit and tried to cancel it as there were still mice in the loft but couldn’t get through on the phone so guy turned up and I had to pay another £200 for more visits this company are money grabbing and not interested at all about sorting the problem but just want your money they didn’t get rid of the mice and I’ve still got the problem so have to pay someone else again as found this company useless and half the traps they put down in the loft had no food in them ! This company just want your money and you can never cancel an appointment because you can’t get them on the phone ! They don’t remind you with texts or emails because they don’t want you to cancel appointments because it means money for them absolutely disgusting service! There’s No way I would recommend them and how they got good ratings is beyond me!

Very impressed with this company, we had a problem at our yard with rats, swiftkill came and gave advice and gave us a plan of how they would sort it out for us. And everything they said they could do they have done, Very polite staff, always there when they said they would be!

Also recommended to a freind and the feedback/outcome was exactly the same!
