"Awful aftercare when I had issues few…"

Awful aftercare when I had issues few months after install. Roof was leaking but company did not care. Had to replace the roof at my own expense, walls already moving and causing gaps, can fit screwdriver though the gap it’s that big. I am having to repair faults every other month.

Booked the cabin from the company expecting to be in place within 4 to 5 weeks, it took a couple of weeks longer, and it was me that did all the chasing. All calls to / from customer services were instigated by my contact with them.
Anyway, cabin arrived, 2 man crew took through to back garden (part of the package when paying for cabin to be erected), looking good. 2 days later as planned, 2 fitters arrived, just as they were reaching roof level, they stopped 2 BITS MISSING, unable to progress, no spare parts as same issue the day before on another job had exhausted the supply. So at lunchtime on a Saturday, I was left with the dilemma of what to do,not so good. I was advised by the fitters as they departed to treat the standing structure, off to screwfix to get 2 big tins and treat inside and outside the same day (had only planned ou outside that day). My concern was that the terms (smallprint I read later said not to do this).
On Monday on phone to office spoke to customer services after emailing night before) was promised missing blocks would be sent by courier and fitters coming to finish following Sunday.
Neither arrived by Sunday.
However on Monday, fitters arrived (like most of us they struggled to get any fuel and the courier arrived with the wood..... it had taken a week for a next day delivery.
Dilemma over, fitters completed job, tidied up and I WAS VERY HAPPY.... an excellent product, shame about the bumpy road to finalising the build

"Excellent Summer House"

I bought my cabin during lockdown and was delivered roughly on time, aroung late June 2021, 18' x 14' Fairoak. Delivery guys very helpfull and efficient, nice and early 7a.m. so lane wasnt blocked for long. Assembled easyly enough, though plans not the best, and a few nails short, not a big deal. I did contact 1Click regarding the painting and they were really helpfull with great recommendations where to go -thankyou -
I would certainly recommend them.

Bought the large 30 x 18 log cabin, all I can say is this a great cabin, looks fantastic, easy to erect, guys who delivered were so helpful.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Cabin was only 1 week late and to be honest it suited me the extra week .
Delivery guys done a fantastic job and the 2 guys that came to assemble it on time and the guys done a great job very clean and tidy .

"a few things to be aware of"

ok, I dont want to leave a 3 star review but the review is around the overall experience and product and provides feedback on what they can improve, as its a few small things that stop this being 5 stars.
a) the date given is the manufactoring date, please explain that this is the manufactor date and that the delivery and install may be a few weeks later than that
b) allow us to track progress or call us, is it in manufactor, are you wainting on doors, when are the install slots, I had to make all the calls for progress
c) the georgian doors are only georgian on the outside, what this means is that on the inside, you can see the bare wood of the outside panels, you cant paint or seal it and the bits you can paint and seal tend to bleed into the wood onto the parts you cannot paint, from the inside this looks terrible, just ask the door maker to make the inside geordian panelled too.
d) paying £995 for install, i expect that to include removal of the two car loads of cut offs, spare panels, wrap and excess wood and panneling. The chaps installing were great and explained removal is not in thier contract
e) i emailed this feedback on the 19th November, and again 30th to no reply.

we love the cabin, 1 click were very supportive with questions and emails before and after we purchased but the above quirks on aftersales is really dissapointing.

would i reccomend you buy one, yes 100%, just considor the above.

Having ordered this during lockdown I was really apprehensive. But I can honestly say the service , product and delivery have been superb.
Delivered at 6.30am and erected the same day.
Alan and Jake the erectors were superb and very nice.

Ordering experience was easy and staff helpful with queries. Once arrived it was offloaded expertly and after early setback with two floor beams missing we managed to construct fairly readily. Instructions could be better and more explanatory throughout the building process. Overall, quality of materials very good and hope for many years of enjoyment with this purchase.
