"Assistenza clienti inesistente"

Prodotto di ottima qualità. Non posso dire altrettanto per l’assistenza clienti, e per l’assistenza in loco. Chiamato il tecnico mi ha dato un appuntamento al quale non si è mai presentato. Provato a chiamarlo decine di volte non ha più risposto ne hai messaggi ne alle chiamate. Mi ritrovo una SPA da più di €10.000 inutilizzabile. L’assistenza telefonica non è in grado di mandarmi un altro tecnico perché prima sostiene debba essere io ad aprire la vasca e spigargli dove sta il problema! A questo punto mi muoverò direttamente con gli avvocati!

"One year for a mini pool?"

I ordered a mini pool on may and pay 50 % of the price (more then 7.000 euros) with the promise they send me the poll at least at the beginning of December but at the end of January the silent. No one never answered my various email and I spoked last time, at the end of December, with the responsabile who grant me they will send me the pool at the end of January . Very bad experience … I hope at the end the pool will be good but I’m very afraid.

"Piece of junk for 3.900 € and very bad customer service"

I Ordered a pet spa in December 2020 and payed in advance 3.900 € and was promised delivery January 2021 - Last time I asked for my missing spa was february 16 2021!!!! Beauty Luxury was answering prompt up until they had received my payment - after that I had to write several times before they even answered back. Now I received my very expensive pet spa - and anyone who wants to see pictures of a piece of junk they delivered are welcome to contact me "kontakt @ bykomi.dk" - I have send the pictures and a complain to Beauty Luxury - but haven't heard a word from them. My advice is: DON'T ORDER OR PAY FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
