Their customer service department goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop of every detail of your order and i even heard from three different people via phone calls and emails to ensure i understood where and when my product was and would be arriving to me. My case was a special one that involved a memory bench needed in a very delicate time frame and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure i got it on time for the event i had hoped for even though it was slated to arrive a week later than i really needed it. Not only did it arrive exactly when the tracking said it would, but it arrived in pristine condition and was absolutely stunning - everyone loved it, especially the person whose brother it was in memory of.
