This website is really useful for me as i have a dog with allergic skin disease. I have had to drastically adjust her diet and it is really hard to find suitable hypoallergenic treats in the shops. I was able to find a great variety of hypoallergenic treats with my itchy dog which means my dog does not miss out. I will be using this service again!

Maybe misunderstood 2-5days dispatch. Assumed this was delivery so was disappointed when no delivery after 5 days. Apparently my delivery was held up by one item. Would have expected an email or phone call to explain this. However I had to chase up delivery. Was then asked whether I wanted delivery without awaited item - I would have expected that to happen without having to phone about it. First time I have used your site - not impressed.

Firstly, thank you for your birthday wishes this morning - very much appreciated. I can tell you that so far, I am very pleased with your service, but cannot comment in full as I still am awaiting my order. I suppose living here in South West France, it takes a little longer, but I know that Rosie our beautiful English Springer Spaniel (born in the Limousin) but is bi-lingual, can't wait to try out all her hypoallergenic treats, which are very difficult to find here in France.

Sadly, she has allergies like so many dogs and we are trying lots of different things at the moment before going the vaccination route. If you have any suggestions, they would be welcome. So far, changed her diet, given her oatmeal baths followed by apple cider and water rinses, lots of omega 3 and 2 cans of sardines per week, but to no avail. At the moment trying anti hystamines and keeping our fingers crossed that it is seasonal.

My youngest dog has a cereal allergy so finding him stuff safe to eat has been a nightmare, particularly with treats.

My older dog doesn't have an allergy but he was getting hold of her treats, so have been trying to find cereal free treats she likes too.

The gift hampers are a great idea for birthdays as its now a nightmare trying to find a pre-bought completely cereal free birthday cake for dogs so he can have one too or share her birthday treats with her.

It would be great if they did a few cereal free dog foods too so could just get everything from the same place. Will definitely buy from them again though and recommend to others.
