I placed an order for a Christmas themed Santa Paws reversible harness and lead. I had a few questions about sizing before I ordered, and the response was unbelievably quick. I received the order very quickly and the harness and lead are such great quality. The fit is perfect for my pug. Will definitely make another purchase in the future.

I placed an order last night and realized I purchased the wrong prints. I called the number listed on their website, and I fully expected to be transferred to a voicemail or automated system. I was so shocked when an actual person picked up the phone!! He was so kind, and quickly adjusted my order for me. This was the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time.

The quality of their harnesses, both reversible and "no pull" styles, are superb and the creative and colorful designs get us compliments everywhere we go! One of my dogs is very excitable & I especially like the No pull design to keep her safe and comfortable.
Customer service is unparalleled and if all that isn't enough you can feel really good about your purchase because of portion of every sale is donated to rescue orgs. We adore this company & even though I have about 30 harnesses, I'll keep buying new designs because I just love them that much!
