the pass a 500$ on my visa and they don t know why.

i have file a complain to Visa, but 500$ isnt a big amount.

I had them design a website and they had a 3 year contract to keep website up and running. At every turn they were saying give us more money or we can’t move forward. Thousands of dollars later and our website is shut down. And once again if we pay $1649 dollars then they can get us up and running again. This is like a time share company that won’t do what they say and always adding more fees. Don’t use this company. Save your money!!!!

Really disappointed I spent $4000 in this company just threw this money in the trash.
They build my website never functional. they told me Google will send me a code so my website can be on live
There’s never happened I wait for months. And right now they need me to pay $1500 because my website expired. I am so angry with me because I didn’t search enough about this company before make a deal with them.
But I will move on, and this people will pay back soon or later.
Be aware of this company is a SCAM .

I was very excited to get started and see my first designs within 48-72 hours. I did not hear back from anyone for two weeks so I reached out to initiate contact and was apologized to. Designs started to come flowing in and I did not care for numerous ones (even after describing my business, I felt like my business name was just being thrown on other previous proofs that did not get accepted by former clients. I ended up receiving numerous proofs that did not even go on the logo I wanted to move forward with and was then told that since I was at 30+ revisions I would be charged extra. So In the final stage All I did was nicely say thank you and was responded to saying that he made it happen without the extra charge (because I had proof of the previous conversation), but I should be more clear in my feedback so we can get this done in a timely manner.

They told me custom website. It was anything but. Then told me no refund on a fine print technicality. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SKETCHY!

Reply to your reply. Please don’t contact me, you’ve had 4-5 opportunities to correct this. You only offered to make it right and refund me once I posted this and google review.
